I started playing with picasa 2.0 based on a recommendation from a friend. I didn't like picasa when I first tried it about two years ago but it has been refined and it's very useful. I put together a list of hotkeys most are documented but I did find some easter eggs. So here is the list so far

--Undocumeted-- open in web browser
ctrl + shift + L</strong>

covert EVERYTHING!!! to Sepia, even the gui.
ctrl + shift + I</strong>

toggle Star/unstar selected photo
CTRL + *</strong>

--Documented-- Open in default editor
CTRL + SHIFT O (oh != zero)
